Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, where many of our deep-seated beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns reside.In a relaxed, focused state—much like daydreaming or deep meditation—the conscious mind becomes quiet. This allows a trained hypnotherapist to gently guide the client into exploring and reshaping the emotional or cognitive roots of their challenges.Contrary to myths, hypnotherapy does not involve mind control. Our inner child child is just like an another child. They are in need of care completely dependent on others, joyous, playful and require lot of attention, love, Care and nurturing. For some, childhood memories Bring forward a lot of play fullness and fun but if your childhood was filled with painful memories trauma and emotional distress you may see your youngest self as a scared, vulnerable and helpless one.

 

In order to cope with you may have suppressed this pain and these memories to protect your youngest self from getting hurt again. This is a natural valid response to have when we're young and in pain But these coping strategies only hurt us more as we grow older

 

Surpassed childhood memories also comes up on surface, when something similar traumatic happen in later age or in our adult life. It often reflect in our ability to regulate our emotions, validation of feelings, also effects the need to meet our own feeling, building healthy relationships and accept ourselves foe who we are.

 

As a wounded child there are many passive traits which are directly linked to the personality and approach. It played a big roll in shaping up the future challenges.

 

Inner child work offers us an opportunity to deal with this wounded inner child within us. Through this path of self-discovery where we can make peace with our childhood trauma, also take step towards alignment with our true selves. 

 

Inner child work is the simplest way to treat the root cause of engraved neural pathways of consecutive patterns involve within us, which subconsciously reflects in our behaviour, patterns, responses and many time outcomes as well.

Past life regression Therapy
